Karl E. Watkin MBE is a Chairman, entrepreneur, director and strategic advisor with over 40 years’ experience building and scaling businesses across multiple sectors and geographies.

He has raised more than $1 billion in investment funds, taken businesses from concept to IPO, and worked with governments, multinational organisations and private investors to turn innovative ideas into real-world impact.

A long-standing advocate for climate-change action, Karl chaired the UN Foundation Bio Energy Board for five years and represented the UN at events in New York, Copenhagen and Bali.
